Order Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) . Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address (Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee ). Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).
